Afterschool Club - Full Session
Until 6.00pm
£14.95 Per Child
Snacks and drinks have been offered, children play with their friends, flowing freely between our indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether they are carrying out giant science experiments, cooking up a delicious treat or designing and building a giant cityscape from cardboard boxes, our experienced staff guide children to build relationships, learn social skills, practice problem-solving and teamwork and above all, have fun! Everyone gather together for tea at 4.45pm where a healthy, light meal is served and conversation flows.
Afterschool Club- Half Session
Until 4.30pm
£10.50 Per Child
Drinks and snacks are offered and then children are free to explore. We are passionate about giving children uninterrupted time to play and discover the exciting opportunities for learning and developing that exist in our carefully planned indoor and extremely generous outdoor areas. Exciting, challenging and imaginative activities are led by staff each day to inspire and stimulate young minds and make sure there’s something brand new to get involved with.

Shakeel Marham

Shakeel is a fun, friendly, and sociable team member with a long-standing passion for community work. Having volunteered in the charity sector since the age of 14, he brings experience working with people of all ages, especially children. Shakeel is currently studying for a Level 3 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL) and is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. A naturally creative person, Shakeel enjoys arts and crafts, poetry, and making puns. He’s helped design costumes for carnivals and built lanterns for Oxford’s Winter Lights Festival.

He loves working with the children at High Flyers and is keen to continue building his confidence in leading activities. Above all, Shakeel is passionate about learning new skills and creating joyful, engaging experiences for the kids.

Samaneh Asgari

Originally from Iran, Samaneh brings over four years of experience working with children in both educational and community settings. For three years, she worked as a maths teaching assistant at Coventry College while also teaching at the Persian School in Coventry.
She is currently a teaching assistant at Wood Farm Primary School and supports children in after-school settings. Samaneh has a strong understanding of children’s emotional and learning needs, and she is passionate about creating fun, nurturing environments where every child feels inspired, confident, and supported.

Sonia Da Camara
Sonia is a caring and supportive member of the High Flyers After School Club team. She has completed specialist training in managing distressing behaviour and has undertaken Level 2 Understanding Autism training, helping her provide the best care and understanding for every child. Sonia brings patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to her work, creating a safe and welcoming environment where children can thrive.

How to Book
If you would like to book your child/children into our After School Clubs then please use our online booking system. Once you have completed the initial registration it is simply a matter of selecting the sessions you would like your child/children to attend and completing the booking. We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible and as long as there are spaces available, you can even book on the day (just ring school to let your child’s teacher know the plan).
