We are passionate about giving children uninterrupted time to play and discover the exciting opportunities for learning and developing that exist in our carefully planned indoor and extremely generous outdoor areas. Exciting, challenging and imaginative activities are led by staff each day to inspire and stimulate young minds and make sure there’s something brand new to get involved with.
Afterschool Club - Full Session

Everyone gather together for tea at 4.45pm where a healthy, light meal is served and conversation flows.

Meet the Team
We are proud to have an extremely supportive and caring team at High Flyers, all of whom have significant experience working with children and have both appropriate DBS checks and professional development training.
Cheryl is a valued member of staff within Kirtlington School and has been for many years. The children love to craft and do messy play with Cheryl as her knowledge of play shines through in the activities she prepares. Knowing many of the children after many years of working across the school as an early years practitioner, we are lucky to have her as part of the High Flyers team.
Qualified Childcare Practitioner, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Lead, Food Hygiene Certificate, SENCo
I really enjoy getting to know the children and all of their individual personalities. As a mother of 4 children who has previously worked as a teaching assistant, I understand the importance of building a safe, fun environment for the children to flourish in. I also ran a multi-skills sports club. I am looking forward to putting these skills into practice in our great outdoor area for those kids who love to let off some steam.
Food Hygiene Certificate, Paediatric First Aid
Sandy’s multifaceted crafting skills make her an amazing addition to the team. With her background in both education and culinary arts, she not only knows the children at Kirtlington School but also brings invaluable knowledge about nutrition. As a trained cook, she understands the dietary needs of children. Furthermore, her specialisation in working with children with special needs adds an essential dimension to the club's inclusivity and care.
