Meet the Team
We are proud to have an extremely supportive and caring team at High Flyers, all of whom have significant experience working with children and have both appropriate DBS checks and professional development training.
Nicola Herbert
Niccie is the manager here at Deddington. I really enjoy getting to know the children and all of their individual personalities. As a mother of 4 children who has previously worked as a teaching assistant, I understand the importance of building a safe, fun environment for the children to flourish in. I also ran a multi-skills sports club. I am looking forward to putting these skills into practice in our great outdoor area for those kids who love to let off some steam.
Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene Certificate
Fiona Gillespie
With a background in Speech and Language Therapy, Special Needs Education and voluntary work with children, I love engaging with them in play and enriching their language and learning. I have been working with High Flyers for several years, enabling me to get to know a number of children as they develop their characters and interests. It is wonderful to see the imagination and creativity of the children’s play and to facilitate that through encouragement and provision of a happy and safe environment.
